How to claim your profile, understand your data, and connect with the Pedal Rebel VR team.
If you played Pedal Rebel VR at a demo event (such as SXSW Sydney, an expo, or a school/clinic session), your ride stats were recorded automatically to our live leaderboard. You can claim that profile to take ownership of your stats, set a username, and continue tracking your progress at home.
The Rider ID or name shown on the leaderboard during your demo session, or the email address you provided at the event (if any). If you're unsure, just contact us below — we can look you up.
Pedal Rebel VR's player profile system is a live web dashboard that gives every rider a persistent record of their performance across all game modes — Arcade, Intense, Chill, Endless, and Marathon.
Your profile updates in real-time after every session and is accessible from any web browser at stats.pedalrebelvr.com. It is also used by practitioners, coaches, and schools via the Practitioner Wellness Dashboard to monitor client progress over time.
We take your privacy seriously. Here is a plain-language summary of what we collect and how we use it.
Email address (for account login) · Display name / callsign · Game performance statistics (speed, distance, time, calories, cadence) · Session timestamps · Gang affiliation and progression data.
We do not collect real names, phone numbers, payment details, precise location data, or any biometric data. Calorie estimates are calculated from speed and time using standard fitness formulas — we do not access health apps or wearable devices.
Who sees your data: Your stats are visible on the public leaderboard under your chosen callsign. Your email address is never displayed publicly. Practitioners you have authorised can view your session history through the Wellness Dashboard.
How we store it: Account authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Game statistics are stored in a secure MySQL database hosted on Hostinger (EU-compliant infrastructure).
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us below. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
For schools and health practitioners using the Wellness Dashboard: student/client data is only accessible to authorised staff at your institution and is not shared with third parties. Contact us to set up a practitioner account.
